Ownership + Risk

Once the goods are delivered to the address you specified, you become the owner and bear the risk of any damage to the goods. A signature is mandatory upon receiving delivery and from that moment onwards, you assume ownership of the purchased goods. It is recommended that you inspect the package upon delivery to ensure that it is undamaged. 

If you have arranged for a third-party recipient to receive the delivery, such as for a gift, you acknowledge that their signature or the signature of anyone at that address will be considered as proof of delivery and satisfaction of our obligations, resulting in the transfer of ownership and responsibility in a similar manner.

 

International Taxes + Duties

Salvge Group cannot assume responsibility for any potential customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by the delivery destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other charges that may be levied.

Returns

Due to the nature of natural dye, all Salvge items are slightly different. As such they may appear different to the images presented on this website. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the garment, we offer 14 days to return for an exchange or refund.

 

If you would like to return an item to us follow the steps below:

Email info@salvge.com within 14 days of your purchase date to inform us that you will be returning the item. We will promptly reply to your email and advise of the delivery address

Ensure that all items are in a new and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in the original condition then we have the right to refuse a refund and the item will be sent back to you

Include your full name, address, telephone number, order number and if you would prefer a refund or exchange

Send the item to us within 14 days from purchase.

 

The return shipping should be covered by the customer. 

We recommend using trackable shipping as Salvge will not be help responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds/Exchanges can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.

 

Returns

Items purchased during a promotion or those marked for sale are non-refundable. You may opt for an exchange or request for a store credit as an alternative.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up until the point of dispatch, but once the goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Garment Care

Salvge garments are coloured with natural materials that are sensitive to harsh chemicals and heat. We also use high quality natural materials that require special care. To keep your Salvge item looking and feeling great for many years to come, we recommend - 

  • Hand wash in cool water with natural detergent, chemicals in synthetic detergent can change or damage the dye
  • Do not hang in direct sunlight, UV radiation can harm almost all textiles and accelerate wear
  • Do not bleach 
  • Cool iron only 

Note - Salvge pieces contain ‘living dye’ made up of organic matter. These dyes can change colour over time, some colours may grow stronger, some may shift and others may fade.
